The lower limb is a complex structure housing an intricate network of cutaneous and deep veins. These veins play a vital role in returning deoxygenated blood from the extremities back to the heart. The superficial veins are situated closer to the skin's surface and are visible upon inspection. Notable amongst these include the great saphenous vein
